I spent twenty-five years inside the commercial engines of B2B software — Intel, Talentsoft, Stripe, ServiceNow — running teams that, at peak, delivered north of €150 million in annual revenue. I learned the craft from the inside: what actually moves the number, what looks impressive in a QBR but doesn't survive a tough quarter, what kind of training disappears the moment a rep walks out of the workshop room.
I founded Strategiz in 2021 because I kept seeing the same pattern. Sales teams under-perform not because they lack talent, energy, or motivation. They under-perform because the system around them is unfinished — segmentation that hasn't been challenged in three years, qualification that lives in someone's head, value propositions that read well in a deck but never reach the buyer who actually decides. The gap is methodological, not motivational. And once you see it that way, almost every sales problem becomes solvable.
Strategiz exists to close that gap. I help revenue and people leaders diagnose where the leverage really sits across all six commercial levers — strategy, people, process, tools, training, metrics — and then I roll my sleeves up. I co-build the playbook with your reps, not above them. I deliver training that ends with a measurement plan, so we can see — in real calls, in real CRM, in real deals — whether the skills actually stuck. And when a transition demands an operator instead of an advisor, I take an interim seat.
